after i installed grsecurity and 2.4.18 X won't start

this are the messges in /var/log/messages:

kernel: grsec: signal 4 sent to (X:15299) UID(0) EUID(0), parent (xinit:12648) UID(0) EUID(0)
kernel: grsec: more signal warnings, logging disabled for 30 seconds

what are wrong?

Read the documentation.
If you used the PaX option (default under "high" security) you need to run chpax -p on the X binary.
