logs ... eh?

Postby Whammer » Mon Apr 08, 2002 6:12 pm

Just need oneeeee thing. Where the **** can i find logs from grsecurity?
/var/log/has nothing I could use and find ./ "*.log" neither.

Everything is just plain default at the moment. Is there anything fancy i should look at, or will at default configuration do?

Im planning to install a firewall on it, just with some simple rules, closing different services and such, anything i should look for?

Any other tips would be appriated :)

in /etc/syslog.conf
add
kern.* /var/log/kernel

and grsecurity logs will be found there.
