How vise (and safe) is use that patch from http://www.grsecurity.net/~spender/ URL?
I read earlier posts and base on those that patch is ~ok to use, comments?

Without grsec I dont' dare put my machine to production.

I sometimes use that pre/snapshot and it works very often
