gradm -u problem !

after i enable it with gradm -E ... &
enter admin mode with gradm -a admin &
i issue gradm -u to "logout" of admin and
wants some passwd for "unauth".

How can i solve this problem ?

you use the same password you used for gradm -a admin
The reason a password is needed is because the special role you are in might be more restrictive than the standard role you would get.
