Why does gradm -D not DISABLE my acl?

Postby Peter » Mon Sep 22, 2003 7:01 am

Hi!

I have grsec DISABLED with:
Code: Select all
gradm -D

After that I execute my tripwire with:
tripwire -m i
So, why the hell grsec sends a SIGNAL 11 to my tripwire-programm?

In the manual is written:
-D Disable the ACL system.

Why is gradm working after a gradm -D?
Why does gradm -D not DISABLE my acl?

Viele Gruesse,
Peter.

grsec does not send the signal, it merely reports it and this feature is independent of ACLs.
