Has anyone been succesfull in patching the kernel with grsecurity AND freewan (ipsec) ??

I know several people who have. I'm not aware of where you can download a version of the newest grsec patch with freeswan, however.

Yes I did. I get out freeswan patch from mandrake cooker kernel, patch the kernel, and upgrade the files by hand from never freeswan package.

Of corse, it may be break some grsec function.

But I give a try to the crypto patch from hvr (ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/p ... r/testing/)
Not so good, and diversified like freeswan, but so easy for configure, and using...

check http://sf.net/projects/wolk - it has freeswan/ipsec and latest grsec included.. although, latest version of wolk I tried didn't compile (4.0s-rc4), bugreport submited. 8)
