A way to suppress annoying socket notices in subject?

Postby Undine » Tue Dec 20, 2011 6:15 pm

Hello.
grsecurity provides suppress mode for objects and capabilities in subject, but can I get same functionality for sockets?

It doesn't exist yet. The source is there though, so anyone can write it up ;)

Is socket message suppression supported in the latest stable or is this still pending?

Still pending -- it's not hard to write up, just it would require a bump of the grsecurity/gradm version since I'd have to change the subject structure. It's certainly something we could write up for a customer.

Thanks,
