Kernel doesn't boot with grsec2.1.0-2.4.28-2005 & secfix

When I use grsecurity-2.1.0-2.4.28-200501051112 and linux-2.4.28-secfix-200501071141 patches with kernel 2.4.28 I'm unable to boot.
I've tried with 2 different machines (AMD K7) and the same problem occurs.

Bootloader loads the kernel and it stops booting after the "Freeing unused kernel memory" message.

Any idea?

My config:

Thanks.
