TCP blocking with 2.4.27 and current grsec

Hi all,

We've some problems with GRSEC on a few of our 2.4.28 linux machines. When heavily using HTTPS the source IP will be blocked for all TCP connections (ICMP works fine, though). We have this problem only with the 2.0.2 release, the 2.0.1 seems to work fine.
